I got SO excited, the thought of an excerpt from the last book almost gave me a heart attack! But it was silly of me to get excited... I know writing hasn't even begun on it yet.

I'm torn between Jack and Peter. I loved Letter's to Elise. The fact that Jack and Alice have had a "choice" in being together is a big part of the plot. But Peter has had a choice too. He loved Alice enough to walk away and let her choose to be with Jack. That's an amazing sacrifice considering how strong their blood bond is. I don't see Jack being willing to do the same. I love Peter!
I cant wait for the 5th book to be out, and REALLY HOPING that Alice and Jack Stay together!!! I like peter But Jack is my Fav for Alice!!! And as for the End of the 4th book how Alice and Jack expressed about how the loved each other, is how I hope they stay for Eternity!!!
It kinda feels like Jack forced the bond with Alice. Was Jack meant to have a bond with someone other than Alice? Jack is great but Peter desevers a chance at happiness. It seems that even with the broken bond and all Peter loves Alice and Alice as well. Will Alice out-grow Jack? I have a million questions lol...only the book can answer. Amanda, please say that the book will come out before next yr or if early next year make it for Jan 1st. I can't wait!!! I log on everyday wating to see if the release date has changed. Annie

My favorite series ever as well as one of my top three authors! I am ery excited about swear, just a little sad it'll be over a year since wisdom was released that you get it out. That's a huge wait lol. I am so happy for you and all your success and i hope it continues! Would iu consider doing a teaser like you did with ascend? I loved that and it helped with the wait. Also, just to throw it out there, I think your relase date should be January 6 2012, it's my bday and that would be the best gift ever!! Take care and keep on writing like you do, don't change anything! :)
This has been one of my top favorite books,really romantic... i just wish that Alice stays with Peter he has went through a lot with elise and has proved that he loves Alice by leaving so she can be with Jack and also saving him in the last book... and even after the bond was broken he still loved her.
I think the part we're missing is that maybe Alice was just meant to be a vampire because of her dad but Jack did kind of force himself on her. Peter is the bigger man by letting her choose. What will happen if someone else shows up and is meant for Jack will he be willing to just stay with Alice or will he just say well ok now you can go to Peter. That would be a very interesting twist. I read so much that I wish I could come up with ideas to write.
I am so excited about the release of another MBA book. I really like Jack, but I really think that Peter and Alice belong together! What will happen when the one Jack is truley meant for appears? I think Peter is a truly lovable character and I have found myself hoping that Alice will see that she is truly meant to be with him.

Alice and Jack deserve to be together. Peter needs a more mature woman who loves to read, but one with a "past" or some "issues" so he can be her "knight" so to speak.
Peter definitely deserves a very special woman in his life. I really think that though he and Alice had a blood bond, their relationship would not have been as easy or deep as hers and Jacks - they are so much more compatible!
I know Alice had a choice, but I feel like she needs to be with Peter. I think someone else is going to come along and Jack will bond with them and then Alice will realize she was suppose to be with Peter this whole time.
Please, please let Alice and jack stay together. From the beginning jack has been the one and no matter how much younger he may seem than Peter, he genuinely loves Alice. While alice and jack are a good couple i think it would be better if it was alice and peter because hes had so much pain in his life and he even tried to kill himself so alice could be happy. If thats not love then i dont no what is. I can see peter giving up the world gor alice but i dont think jack would end up doing that if it came to it. I cant wait until swear comes out, please write faster!! : )

I hope in book 5 that Peter and Alice are together. I still want a good ending for Jack. Peter and Alice are made for each other. I think if Peter met Alice 1st they would be together but the books would not be as good. Alice is already out growing Jack. Everyone has to read Letter to Elise. LOVE this series of books. i stumbled upon them on amazon.com and bought the first one for my kindle. I got two chapters in and immediately went and bought the next three because i knew i was hooked. I ended up here because I was trying to get info on if there would be another book. I was ecstatic to find out there will be, and then completely saddened when i saw the word "final." So I am currently going through and immortal/vampire genre phase right now and I have never read a series of book which deals with immortals/vampires as well as the My blood approves series does! I was so captivated by it all and I Seem to have developed a fictional crush on Jack. I loved this whole series, and i totally hope that the release date is moved up into 2011! I absolutely love peter, and it makes me truly sad that he isn't a real person that i could be with. Jack is okay but he is incredibly annoying because he is so controlling and immature. Im praying that in the last book alice dumps jack for peter, or jack finds who he's really meant for. As long as alice ends up with peter, i wont be heartbroken.. i was just continuously crushed when alice and peter would have a moment of passion, but she still chose whiny little jack. Hopefully the plot twists in a direction in which alice and peter could be happy together, but i can only hope.. cant wait for swear to be released, though! Go peter, all the way!

I don't see the exceprt. Maybe I'm not looking at the right spot? I'm more for Alice and Peter. Soul mates are hard to beat. Im also of the theory that Jack's feelings are a result of Peter.
I love Peter! Jack is sweet, but I'm all for Peter. I was hooked the moment those emerald green eyes came into the picture. I'm hoping the person Jack is meant to be with comes into play and then Alice can go with Peter. He obviously still has feelings for her and she still has a soft spot for him too. This is a wonderful series! Yeah, its a YA novel, but more suited for older YAs. Please don't stop writing. This is one series I could read well into the 15th book.
I cannot wait for the next book to come out!!!! But honestly i hope that she chooses Peter. I am a total sucker for the second chance at true love thing. I am sooooo psyched for the next book!!!!!!!! And I hav to agree with Maya. Peter had me hooked from the beginning!
I am team Ezra :) I love Peter and I love jack, so i don't mind who Alice gets with but, I hope that both, jack and Peter get a happily ever after. I hate Milo, he is just to bossy. I wish that Swear wasn't going to be the last book, I think you could get a few more books out of the series. I love this series and I rate it 100/100
Just finished reading all of the books. First of all, can you please, PLEASE don't end the MBA books yet? PLEASE! The way it ended in book 4, it looks like there is still more to the story. Especially when she found out that she is a half vampire, and when she asked Olivia to help her train to become a vampire hunter. Not only was I addicted to the book because of the love triangle(I am SOOO a PETER fan), but there are a lot of holes that still needs to be filled up.
This really is a good series, better than Twilight really (also a Twilight fan). I've never even seen a book where the people strongly felt that the main character be with the second guy. Almost all would really want Alice to be with Peter, and they didn't have a lot of love scenes to begin with. Only that strong connection. Either way, I hope that the ending would justify the story. Whether Alice ends up with Jack or Peter, I just hope Peter would get that Happy ending he truly deserves.
I can't wait!!! I DO like Jack, but I still have a longing to see her with Peter. What will happen if Jack's "fated" woman comes along? I am curious to see if that is addressed. I just can't wait. Super duper excited for 2012!
If Alice stays lazy and impassive then she and Jack are perfect for each other. If she steps it up then (an much as I love Jack that also reminds me of a puppy) COME ONNNNNNNN PETER!!!

Everyone else About the whole fated for Peter but in love with Jack thing - I think the point is we make our own Fate...I think Alice should be with who she loves and who she thinks will complement her life best and who's life she will complement . Who k ow's maybe it isn't Jack or Peter!lol ( although personally I like Peter ) Sorry just being philosophical - anyways can't wait for the book!
i just got done reading the 4th book wisdom. All i have to say is OMG. I was a diehard twilight fan and this book just made me switch it gave me the little extra to get to the last twilight movie but omg i love this series so much better. im a 31 year old stay at home mom of 3 and a military spouse. I love the raw sexual passion jack and alice have.
I know I shouldn't have got my hopes up for the 5th book but I can't wait! I am a Peter/Alice fan but I think it would be great if Jack still got his happy ending by finding his mate (what ever you want to call it). I always felt like Jack forced himself onto Alice and always kept her on a tight leash but with Peter she could just be herself. I know that it will be a great book no matter who gets Alice.
I can't wait for this book.. i wish it was a bit more specific on the exact release date! because I NEED TO READ IT.. such a great story and a great message to send out.. just to know that following your heart will not let you down either way.. no right or wrong answers.. Amanda, your work it amazing! TEAM JACK!!
I'm so excited about this book, can't wait for it to come out!!! Please let Alice finally connect with Peter, they so obviously belong with each other. It would be great to see their relationship grow so we can finally feel the love they share. I would also love for Jack to find the person that he belongs with.

I love it all ..can't wait til this one come out , hopefully jack and Alice stay together,I mean they fought to be together through all of the book.. it only make sense if they end up together although peter deserve to be happy too .. but not with Alice its too tense and just all wrong if he end up w her because they all suppose to have such connection... I read them all 3 time already and I just can't wait for the final book .. but then again I cross my fingers and hope swear isn't the final I kind of expect more ;)
This needs to come out ASAP!!!! I refuse to believe Amanda isnt going to write it..I honestly think that Alice needs to be with Peter. Her bond with him was broken...but its not fair that Jack did that after knowing everything that Peter has gone through. I think his feelings just come from Peter...I think it would be kind of cool if both Alice and Jack agree with not being together and Jack meets the person he truely has a bond with. On top of that I feel that book 5 should also have some type of revenge plot for the death of Elise. Alice is going to be a vampire hunter..so Peter and Alice should look for the one's responsible for Elise's death and kill them. Maybe that way Peter is able to have some closure on that matter even though he says he loves Alice more than he ever loved Elise. I've just been rereading each book over and over and over. Its incredible...I would love it if the next one came out soon!!!
I cant wait till this is book is out. I really hope Peter gets closure with Elise. I also want Peter and Alice to be together. I think Jack forced himself on Alice and that their bond is like what Milo had when Jack turned him and what Jack had when Peter turned him and that it will fade. I also hope that Jack finds his real bond mate. So that Alice and Peter can finally be with each other.

Alright, all I have to say is that this book made me wanna jump up and down with excitement. I am sad to say I am a Peter fan. This book holds my attention 100 percent. I think it's an exquisite book. I'm only 14, but I am currently writing my own book for the past year and a half. This series has definitely inspired me. I agree with a lot of people about how it is better than the Twilight series. I cannot wait until the fifth installment and hopefully pretty soon I can read "Letters to Elise." Keep up the amazing work, Amanda:)

I read the first 4 in 4 days, I just love the story. I love how all the pieces come fitting together. I cannot wait to read the next one. Thank you Amanda for the story. And I agree that Alice is meant for Jack. Though I want Peter to be happy someday too with love in his life again.
Okay, I know that Peter is not that bad and I can understand how people can love him. But Jack is AMAZING! If I ever meet a guy like him it will be the happiest day of my life. I have to admit, I have kind of fallen in love with Jack in a fictional character way. Haha. I know that some people seem to think that Jack FORCED the bond between them and I don't mean to sound like a hater or anything but if you think that than I'd suggest you go back and read the books again because it is very obvious that she has been in love with Jack since the beginning pretty much. I practically started crying when I thought Jack had died. He is the cutest, sweetest, funniest most amazing guy every and I absolutely PRAY that they will stay together, their perfect together and I am Team Jack- Hobbs Townsend ALL THE WAY! I love Jack and I love Amanda for writing such an amazing book. This is my favorite series in the world. I hope she writes even more books than the fifth even. ReplyDeleteI cannot wait for the next book to come out!!!! But honestly i hope that she chooses Peter. I am a total sucker for the second chance at true love thing. I am sooooo psyched for the next book!!!!!!!! And I hav to agree with Maya. Peter had me hooked from the beginning!

ReplyDeleteI am team Ezra :) I love Peter and I love jack, so i don't mind who Alice gets with but, I hope that both, jack and Peter get a happily ever after. I hate Milo, he is just to bossy. I wish that Swear wasn't going to be the last book, I think you could get a few more books out of the series. I love this series and I rate it 100/100

ReplyDeleteJust finished reading all of the books. First of all, can you please, PLEASE don't end the MBA books yet? PLEASE! The way it ended in book 4, it looks like there is still more to the story. Especially when she found out that she is a half vampire, and when she asked Olivia to help her train to become a vampire hunter. Not only was I addicted to the book because of the love triangle(I am SOOO a PETER fan), but there are a lot of holes that still needs to be filled up.
ReplyDeleteThis really is a good series, better than Twilight really (also a Twilight fan). I've never even seen a book where the people strongly felt that the main character be with the second guy. Almost all would really want Alice to be with Peter, and they didn't have a lot of love scenes to begin with. Only that strong connection. Either way, I hope that the ending would justify the story. Whether Alice ends up with Jack or Peter, I just hope Peter would get that Happy ending he truly deserves.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait!!! I DO like Jack, but I still have a longing to see her with Peter. What will happen if Jack's "fated" woman comes along? I am curious to see if that is addressed. I just can't wait. Super duper excited for 2012!

About the whole fated for Peter but in love with Jack thing - I think the point is we make our own Fate...I think Alice should be with who she loves and who she thinks will complement her life best and who's life she will complement . Who k ow's maybe it isn't Jack or Peter!lol ( although personally I like Peter ) Sorry just being philosophical - anyways can't wait for the book!
i just got done reading the 4th book wisdom. All i have to say is OMG. I was a diehard twilight fan and this book just made me switch it gave me the little extra to get to the last twilight movie but omg i love this series so much better. im a 31 year old stay at home mom of 3 and a military spouse. I love the raw sexual passion jack and alice have.
ReplyDeleteI know I shouldn't have got my hopes up for the 5th book but I can't wait! I am a Peter/Alice fan but I think it would be great if Jack still got his happy ending by finding his mate (what ever you want to call it). I always felt like Jack forced himself onto Alice and always kept her on a tight leash but with Peter she could just be herself. I know that it will be a great book no matter who gets Alice.

DeleteI'm so excited about this book, can't wait for it to come out!!! Please let Alice finally connect with Peter, they so obviously belong with each other. It would be great to see their relationship grow so we can finally feel the love they share. I would also love for Jack to find the person that he belongs with.

ReplyDeleteI love it all ..can't wait til this one come out , hopefully jack and Alice stay together,I mean they fought to be together through all of the book.. it only make sense if they end up together although peter deserve to be happy too .. but not with Alice its too tense and just all wrong if he end up w her because they all suppose to have such connection... I read them all 3 time already and I just can't wait for the final book .. but then again I cross my fingers and hope swear isn't the final I kind of expect more ;)
ReplyDeleteThis needs to come out ASAP!!!! I refuse to believe Amanda isnt going to write it..I honestly think that Alice needs to be with Peter. Her bond with him was broken...but its not fair that Jack did that after knowing everything that Peter has gone through. I think his feelings just come from Peter...I think it would be kind of cool if both Alice and Jack agree with not being together and Jack meets the person he truely has a bond with. On top of that I feel that book 5 should also have some type of revenge plot for the death of Elise. Alice is going to be a vampire hunter..so Peter and Alice should look for the one's responsible for Elise's death and kill them. Maybe that way Peter is able to have some closure on that matter even though he says he loves Alice more than he ever loved Elise.

I cant wait till this is book is out. I really hope Peter gets closure with Elise. I also want Peter and Alice to be together. I think Jack forced himself on Alice and that their bond is like what Milo had when Jack turned him and what Jack had when Peter turned him and that it will fade. I also hope that Jack finds his real bond mate. So that Alice and Peter can finally be with each other.

ReplyDeleteAlright, all I have to say is that this book made me wanna jump up and down with excitement. I am sad to say I am a Peter fan. This book holds my attention 100 percent. I think it's an exquisite book. I'm only 14, but I am currently writing my own book for the past year and a half. This series has definitely inspired me. I agree with a lot of people about how it is better than the Twilight series. I cannot wait until the fifth installment and hopefully pretty soon I can read "Letters to Elise." Keep up the amazing work, Amanda:)

Also, the people out there stop doing the whole team Jack and Peter.. this is not twilight and all the characters are awesome in their own ways. I hope Peter will find someone and Alice and Jack have their happily ever after and also everyone else..
I read the first 4 in 4 days, I just love the story. I love how all the pieces come fitting together.

Okay, I know that Peter is not that bad and I can understand how people can love him. But Jack is AMAZING! If I ever meet a guy like him it will be the happiest day of my life. I have to admit, I have kind of fallen in love with Jack in a fictional character way. Haha. I know that some people seem to think that Jack FORCED the bond between them and I don't mean to sound like a hater or anything but if you think that than I'd suggest you go back and read the books again because it is very obvious that she has been in love with Jack since the beginning pretty much. I practically started crying when I thought Jack had died. He is the cutest, sweetest, funniest most amazing guy every and I absolutely PRAY that they will stay together, their perfect together and I am Team Jack- Hobbs Townsend ALL THE WAY!
